CrossFit Mohawk Valley Kids classes create a fun fitness environment while enriching a fit and healthy mindset in today’s generation of children. Our programming provides functional movements that are constantly varied with a large emphasis on mechanics and consistency. In our pre-teen classes, each young athletes’ goals are continuously discussed with the focus on movement progressions while keeping in mind each individuals’ fitness level.

CrossFit kids offers a scalable design to each ability level with a large emphasis on body awareness and coordination, reducing the risk of injury, improving speed and power through strength and endurance training while creating team building skills and as well as confidence in their own ability levels.
