We offer traditional CrossFit classes that  focus on general physical preparedness. We are the only gym in the area to have two coaches on for the majority of our classes. The class consist of a coached warm up followed by a skill or strength peace and then a conditioning piece. During this time movements, reps, weights are discussed and explain to individuals in the classes. These coached classes last sixty minutes from the start of the warm up to the conclusion of the class.
