Our High School Athlete Program is designed to teach the basics of strength training in an atmosphere that encourages and promotes building work ethic, being consistent, and working towards getting the most out of their athletic performance.
Our program closely mimics that of a collegiate strength program, tailored to the beginner. We focus on building strength through basic movement patterns to increase stability and power and explosiveness, and we incorporate conditioning elements meant to promote overall work capacity and mental fortitude that will translate onto the field of play for any sport.
Our program builds confidence, body awareness, teamwork, and helps instill the value of hard work.
DAYS: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
TIME: 5:30PM – 6:30PM
A one on session is required for an introduction to the fundamentals is required before starting class, and may be scheduled at your convenience. COST: $45
