Mohawk Valley Fitness is the best class in the area that you haven’t been to yet!
In the 60 minute class you well be led by a professional and knowledgeable coach. What sets us apart from other classes in the area is the level of professionalism and consistency that our coaches provide in each class everyday.
The class consist of a coached warm up. a conditioning session (think of “Boot Camp” but better) and a cool down. We combine effective functional training in a group atmosphere without having to use a barbell! You can expect to workout in a group that supports one another in the pursuit of being the best version of you.
The workouts will challenge you but we promise you will leave counting down the hours until your next visit! With consistent attendance and effort in the class (toss in proper nutrition along the way) you can expect to lose fat and build strength along the way.

The class is currently offered Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 7 AM and is an hour long. Your first class is always free or you can come watch a class to get an idea of what is going on.
