Initial Sit Down Consulation with a CrossFit Mohawk Valley Coach and Personal Training Sessions.
The process for a new member to join CrossFit Mohawk Valley begins with an I.S.D and a minimum of 4 personal training sessions.
An hour long one-on-one initial sit down consultation with a coach to discuss our program and how we can use a proven process to help you achieve your goals. During this time, we will also conduct a movement assessment to make sure that you are physically ready to begin training. We will also discuss the different services that we offer such as general CrossFit Classes, Small Group Training, Personal Training, and Nutrition Coaching.
All initial sit downs include an InBody 370 body composition reading to show you where you are starting at and help you set healthy, realistic goals. Think of this as a report card, but based on your body composition. These readings will keep you accountable and help track body fat loss as well as muscle gain.
Each new member will have at least four one-on-one training sessions with a professional CrossFit Mohawk Valley coach. These 1 : 1 sessions allow a new athlete an appropriate athlete to coach ratio while also ensuring the best environment to learn the necessary movements. Based on the 1 : 1 sessions, the coach may recommend more personal training sessions, group class, or small group classes based on your rate of progression.
