CrossFit Mohawk Valley offers 55 minute group classes 6 days a week; Monday through Saturday.
We also offer one-on-one training, call or stop by any time between 5am-8pm to set up an appointment.
Before entering into our group classes to start your Crossfit experience, you must first complete 4 days of fundamental training. At these classes you will learn different exercises we utilize and what we expect of you when you do join the classes. We can run fundamentals around your schedule as long as it doesn’t interfere with normal class hours.
