CrossFit Mohawk Valley Barbell Club is a USAW sanctioned club. Our number one priority is to teach proper technique in a safe and encouraging environment. We provide programming to ensure that everyone is training at the appropriate level.
Due to the complexity of the movements, the best way to learn is with a qualified coach. We have several experienced USAW certified coaches who run this class.

Is looking to help improve explosiveness and power for his/her sport
Is looking for a better baseline level of overall strength
